Elizabeth’s deepest passion has always been in exploring how the mind and body connection directly impacts the physiology of our cells. She has worked in the skin and wellness industry for over two decades, first as a massage and sports therapist, and then as a renowned London based facialist.
Her years of experience in this field and her Zen training has only deepened her understanding that the human body stores emotions and memories at a cellular level. This knowledge has led her to deeply believe that in order to look and feel our best, we must make space to nurture our minds, as well as take better care of our bodies. She has always believed that wellness needs to be addressed with a 360 approach.
Elizabeth facial treatments have always intertwined the science of skincare with an Eastern holistic approach, restoring optimum cellular function through scientifically proven medical grade products and facial electrical technology, alongside Eastern massage techniques. More recently, in 2024 Elizabeth learned a type of acupressure that Zen Buddhist monks regularly use during their monastic training to help influence Ki within the body, in order to promote greater balance and a deeper sense of wellbeing. Having been taught this practice with one of her Zen Master’s, Elizabeth was astounded at the positive effects this ancient healing system had on her own body and emotions. She immediately knew she wanted to incorporate elements of it into her treatments somehow.
June 2025 see’s Elizabeth expand her treatment offerings as she teams up with a leader in regenerative aesthetics, Dr Raquel Amado. Working as a Master Facialist in Dr Amado’s new clinic in Kings Hill, Kent. Elizabeth will be expertly showcasing how the medical approach of regenerative medicine can be supported very effectively with a deep holistic understanding of the human system.

A gentle aesthetic light Peel that is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Refreshes, relieves congestion, dullness and sallowness.
